INT. CONDO LIVING ROOM - (DAY Scene 1)

The camera zooms in on a stylish condo living room, bathed in natural light from large windows.

Inside the condo, we find CHARACTER 1 (15, rebellious) and CHARACTER 2 (15, sarcastic), engaged in a heated argument.

CHARACTER 1: (crossing arms) I can't believe you're still bringing up that stupid party.

CHARACTER 2: (rolls eyes) Stupid? It was the best night of our lives, until you ruined it.

CHARACTER 1 glares at CHARACTER 2, frustration evident.

CHARACTER 1: You promised you wouldn't tell anyone!

CHARACTER 2: Well, maybe you shouldn't have tried to sneak out without me.

Suddenly, a mysterious noise interrupts their dispute, and both characters pause, looking around the condo with concern.

CHARACTER 1: (whispering) Did you hear that?

CHARACTER 2: (nervously) Don't tell me it's another one of your pranks.

As the tension heightens, CHARACTER 1's MOM (40s) enters the scene, holding a package. The dispute between CHARACTER 1 and CHARACTER 2 subsides temporarily.

CHARACTER 1's MOM: (miming talking with a concerned expression) I have a package for you.

CHARACTER 1 takes the package, confused. CHARACTER 1's MOM points towards the door, indicating that it's for them to open it outside.

CHARACTER 1 and CHARACTER 2 exchange puzzled glances but decide to follow CHARACTER 1's MOM's gesture. They move towards the door, leaving the audience curious about the mysterious package. 


CHARACTER 1 opens the package, revealing a delicate white bracelet. He examines it with confusion but decides to put it on.

CHARACTER 1: (muttering) What's with this bracelet?

As CHARACTER 1 fastens the bracelet around his wrist, a subtle glow emanates from it, catching his attention. The room seems to shimmer for a moment.

CHARACTER 1's MOM: (smiling) It looks good on you.

CHARACTER 1's confusion deepens, but before he can question further, CHARACTER 2 makes a decision.

CHARACTER 2: I'm out. See you around

CHARACTER 2 heads towards the door, leaving CHARACTER 1's condo. The camera follows CHARACTER 2 as he walks back to his condo, a few floors below.

INT. CONDO HALLWAY - DAY

CHARACTER 2 walks down the hallway, the atmosphere tense. He glances back at CHARACTER 1's condo, annoyed

CHARACTER 2: (muttering) Something's off. I'll figure it out later.

The camera lingers on CHARACTER 2 as he disappears down the hallway, leaving CHARACTER 1 alone in the condo with the mysterious bracelet

CHARACTER 1: (muttering to himself) Wouldn't have been caught if it weren't for this building. I wish... I wish he didn't live here, sometimes I wish he never existed.

As CHARACTER 1 utters the words, an unseen force responds. The room shimmers, and a faint glow surrounds the bracelet on CHARACTER 1's wrist.

CHARACTER 1's MOM: (from the kitchen) Did you say something?

CHARACTER 1: (shaking his head) Nah, just talking to myself.

Unbeknownst to CHARACTER 1, the wish made by the bracelet begins to take effect.

INT. CONDO HALLWAY - DAY

Down in the hallway, CHARACTER 2, a few floors below, suddenly vanishes into thin air. The world around him seems to erase any trace of his existence.

CHARACTER 2: (disoriented, fading away) What's happening?

As CHARACTER 2 disappears, no one in the building, including CHARACTER 1, has any recollection of who he is. It's as if he never existed. The camera captures the eerie emptiness in the hallway where CHARACTER 2 once walked.

CHARACTER 1: (becomes lightheaded)

CHARACTER 1's MOM enters the scene, oblivious to the disappearance.

CHARACTER 1's MOM: Everything okay, sweetie?

CHARACTER 1: Yeah, just a weird feeling.

INT. CONDO HALLWAY - DAY

Feeling a sense of regret about the argument, CHARACTER 1 decides to visit CHARACTER 2's condo. He heads down the hallway and knocks on the door.

CHARACTER 1: (softly) Maybe I overreacted.

The door opens, revealing a LADY (40s), who seems surprised to see CHARACTER 1.

LADY: Can I help you?

CHARACTER 1: Uh, I'm looking for my friend, the guy who lives here. Character 2.

LADY: (confused) Sorry, there's no one by that name here. I've lived in this condo for years, and it's always been just me.

CHARACTER 1's confusion deepens. He questions the lady in disbelief, thinking it's a lie.

CHARACTER 1: No, that can't be right. Are you sure?

LADY: (firmly) I'm certain. This has always been my home.

CHARACTER 1, still in disbelief, glances past the lady into the condo. To his shock, he sees that the interior is completely different from what he remembers.

CHARACTER 1: (whispering) This... this isn't how it looked. What's going on?

LADY: Sorry I couldn't help. Maybe you're on the wrong floor.

The camera captures CHARACTER 1's growing realization that something extraordinary has happened, and the lady's response adds a layer of mystery and confusion to the unfolding story.


INT. CONDO LIVING ROOM - (DAY Scene 2)

CHARACTER 1: (typing furiously) "Mythical bracelet powers"? This can't be real.

After some frantic searching, CHARACTER 1 stumbles upon an article that discusses the myth of a bracelet with wish-granting powers.

ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN:

The article explains the folklore surrounding a mysterious bracelet said to have the ability to grant wishes. It details how the wishes come at a price, each wish makes possession of the bracelet harder to maintain. As CHARACTER 1 continues researching, he can't help but wonder about the possibilities of the bracelet's power.

CHARACTER 1: (muttering) What could I wish for?

He looks out the window and spots a sleek sports car parked on the street below.

CHARACTER 1: (smirking) Well, why not?

CHARACTER 1 makes a wish for the sports car, and as he does, a subtle glow surrounds the bracelet on his wrist. He then hears a thud in his drawer.

CHARACTER 1: (curious) What was that?

CHARACTER 1 opens the drawer to find a car key inside. His eyes widen in disbelief.

INT. CONDO LIVING ROOM - LATER

The scene transitions to CHARACTER 1 getting into the sports car parked outside. The engine roars to life, and he grins, realizing that the wish has come true.

DRIVING SCENE - CITY STREETS

The camera cuts to a dynamic driving scene as CHARACTER 1 enjoys the newfound luxury of the sports car. The cityscape rushes by, capturing the exhilaration and thrill of the moment.

CHARACTER 1's FRIEND: (curious, eyeing the car) What's the story behind this beauty?

CHARACTER 1: Brace yourself. You won't believe what happened.

CHARACTER 1 proceeds to explain the myth of the wish-granting bracelet and how he tested it with the sports car wish.

CHARACTER 1's FRIEND: (skeptical) A wish-granting bracelet? You're joking, right?

CHARACTER 1's FRIEND: (rolling eyes) ehhhh, I want to see you prove it.

CHARACTER 1 confidently makes a wish.

CHARACTER 1: I wish for a cup of water!

A cup of water magically appears, surprising both characters.

CHARACTER 1's FRIEND: Well, I'll be... that actually worked.

CHARACTER 1, feeling empowered, makes another wish.

CHARACTER 1: I wish for a black fluffy cat!

A black fluffy cat appears, and CHARACTER 1's FRIEND looks genuinely surprised.

CHARACTER 1's FRIEND: Okay, that's impressive. But seriously, how does it work?

CHARACTER 1 explains the bracelet's myth and the potential consequences.

CHARACTER 1: I told you, The catch is, the more wishes I make, the harder it is to hold onto the bracelet.

CHARACTER 1's FRIEND: (concerned) So, it's not all fun and games.

CHARACTER 1, feeling dark vibes on the way home, rushes to get there faster. As he arrives, his mom is getting ready for a ladies' night out.

CHARACTER 1's MOM: I am going to be out late tonight. You'll be fine alone, right?

CHARACTER 1: Yeah, I'll be okay.


INT. CHARACTER 1's HOME - LATE NIGHT

As late night falls, CHARACTER 1 gets ready for bed. Suddenly, he hears a click at the front door. A robber breaks into the house, catching CHARACTER 1 off guard.

CHARACTER 1: (startled) What the...

In a moment of fear, CHARACTER 1 wishes for a weapon. A hammer appears, and a tense fight ensues between CHARACTER 1 and the ROBBER.


INT/EXT. CHARACTER 1's HOME

CHARACTER 1, after a valiant effort, is knocked out. The robber takes the wish-granting bracelet off his wrist and escapes onto the street.

CHARACTER 1: (groaning, mumbled) Hey... stop...

CHARACTER 1 regains consciousness and chases the robber onto the street, but the robber manages to get away in a car.





INT/EXT. VARIOUS LOCATIONS - DAY/NIGHT (Scene 6)

The scene flashes between the ROBBER, now unmasked in the day, pulling up in the sports car, enjoying the newfound wishes from the bracelet. It becomes apparent that the entire setup was a plan orchestrated by the robber.

ROBBER: (smirking) They never see it coming.

As the camera alternates between the ROBBER's luxurious lifestyle and CHARACTER 1's sadness, it's revealed that every time the robber steals back the bracelet, his quality of life improves.
