Production Blog: Final Films

 Filming for this part of Chapter 2 went surprisingly well. We started with the scene of my alarm going off, which set the perfect tone for the morning. The sound of the alarm was crisp and attention-grabbing, reflecting the urgency of the moment. As I got out of bed, we captured the character’s immediate shock and determination, which felt authentic and relatable. Moving into the kitchen for the breakfast scene added depth to my character. The crew was efficient in setting up the lighting, giving the scene a warm and inviting feel. As I prepared my meal, I focused on conveying a sense of calm before the storm, which helped ground the character amidst the excitement. We also added a scene of jogging as I thought it helps develop a nice character personalization. When the phone rang, signifying the call from my friend, there was a palpable shift in the atmosphere. Production blog: New problem

 So, the party event failed and that just caused a huge set back. We have time stamps we want to make and the party was going to be the easiest part to fill time while building a background conflict. Because of bad planning, it got cancelled before we could film. It is ok though because we are coming up with a scene that is going to start in the morning. Something that just introduces the setting of the area. My dads filming is supposed to take place this weekend, and it is looking good so far. Half of it is going to be very easy as it is just some walking clips. The part that makes it hard which we might not be able to do is the roller car clips. The clips we came up with for the morning is just going to be drone shots and little dialoged on a morning jog, walk.  To finish filming Chapter 2, we need to capture a few important scenes. The sequence begins with the sound of my alarm going off. This moment signifies the start of a new day, filled with both excitement and anxiety. As I get out of bed, we want to convey a sense of urgency. Next, I’ll move to the kitchen to make breakfast. This scene will add a relatable touch, showing a bit of normalcy before the chaos of the race. Cooking will allow us to introduce some personality and illustrate my character's daily life. While I’m preparing my meal, I receive a phone call from my friend. This call is a key moment in the story. My friend shares the thrilling news that I’ve qualified for the final street race. This revelation raises the stakes and adds tension to the scene. I’ll react with a mix of excitement and nerves, reflecting how much this means to me.
